How to obtain support?

Follow the next instructions to obtain help in installation or use of the Online Bible downloads or cd-rom:

  1. Installation instructions are available for the following:

  2. Did you already searched through the Online Bible Tutorial? You can find the Tutorial at startup of the Online Bible. The Tutorial contains many examples and tips for the most important features of the Online Bible.
  3. For every menu-item in the Online Bible you can find more Help information. Just press Key F1 in the opened Dialogwindow or just click the Help button. You can search through the Help direct from the Menu Help as well.
  4. Read the What's New. You can open the What's New file from the menu Help | What's New. The What's New can contain some importantant information.
  5. Search through the FAQ on this website. You can open the FAQ by clicking the FAQ menu on this page.
  6. You can suggest a new question for the FAQ. This helps us to see which questions remain unanswered. Use the New Question for FAQ form.
  7. Wenn you still have not find an answer to your question we have an extra possibility for the users who ordered a download, an unlock or a cd-rom from our sponsor Importantia. Use the Support Request Form. This type of support is only available for those who ordered a product less then 3 months ago through Importantia.

Our support policy

The above quidelines for support are based on our support policy. With a very small staff we have to support tenthousends of users in Europe and beyond. We can't afford a phone or e-mail helpdesk to answer all incoming questions. There would simply no time left to work for our daily living or to spent time with family and church.

In stead of giving one-to-one support by phone or email, we read questions and use it to build a better FAQ, write supportdocuments and improve instructions. We need your input and questions to improve the support. If you can't find an answer in the faq, documentation, tutorial, help or user-forum please use the form to suggest a new question for the faq. We read and evaluate your suggestion. If your question is suggested by others as well we add the question and answer to the FAQ.
