     After completing the download procedure you receive an e-mail with a direct link to the file. Click the link and the download procedre starts

2. I did not receive the e-mail with the link to download:
     - Check the spam-box of your provider. In most cases when an email is not arriving you can find it in the spam-box.
   
   - In some cases people make a mistake when they supply their e-mail. The e-mail will never arrive. Just redo the download procedure.
